Shipping policy

 

We currently ship to New Zealand & Australia, and hope to expand and allow international orders as soon as we can. Orders are packed within 1-5 working days of purchase. Once your order is shipped allow up to 2 working days to receive your order (In most cases it will be overnight). If you are a rural address all an extra 2 - 3 working days. For Australian orders we use Nz post, up to 20 working days.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Curlorae is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges will apply if you would like the order resent. If you choose not to have the order resent, the product amount may be refunded, less any shipping costs already incurred.
